These terms cover the Facetion website (facetion.art), purchases of Facetion licenses and the licensed use of Facetion.

The website and Facetion are operated by Motion Native. By using the website, starting a trial or buying a license you agree to these terms.

02Plans and prices
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or similar taxes where they apply. The trial is free, needs no card and ends automatically.
AI model calls are not included: Facetion uses your own AI provider account and key, and that provider bills you separately under its own terms.
03Buying a license
Purchases are made by email to [email protected]. We confirm the plan and number of seats and send an invoice, payable by card or bank transfer. Your license starts once the invoice is paid, for the term stated on the invoice.
04License
Each license is for the number of seats you bought. A seat is one named person. You may not resell, sublicense or share a license beyond its seats.
05Your projects and results
You keep the rights you have in your projects, prompts, references and the results you make with Facetion. Your AI provider's terms and the licences of third-party assets you use also apply to them.
06Third-party programs and services
Facetion works with programs and services such as Blender, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner and AI providers. Their own licences and terms apply to your use of them.
07Warranty and liability
Facetion and this website are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
08Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt or overload the site, or use Facetion in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the services you connect to it.
09Website content
Text, images and the Facetion name and logo on this site belong to Motion Native. Some illustrative images are marked as AI-generated.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
