01Who we are

Facetion is made and sold by Motion Native ("we", "us"), a VJ and stage-visual studio. Motion Native is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

02Visiting the website

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the requested URL to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.

The site has no sign-up form, no account system and no checkout, so it does not collect form data.

03Purchase and support emails

When you email [email protected], for example to start a trial, buy a license or ask a question, we receive what you send:

• your name, email address and, if you give them, your company, role and country;
• the plan, number of seats and billing details you ask about;
• anything else you write in the message or attach.

04How we use it

We use this data to answer you, prepare quotes and invoices, issue and manage your licenses, provide support and meet our accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or use it for advertising.

05Licenses and payments

For each license we keep the licensee name, contact email, plan, number of seats, term and invoice and payment records.

There is no payment processing on this website. Invoices are sent by email and paid by card or bank transfer through the payment channel named on the invoice, which handles your payment details under its own terms. We do not store full card numbers.

06How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to answer them and follow up, and license, invoice and payment records for as long as the license is active and as long afterwards as accounting and tax law requires.

07Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and routes email sent to [email protected]. Incoming email is delivered to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers process the data on our behalf and may process it outside your country, including in the United States.

08Cookies and local storage

This site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.

The site stores one value in your browser's local storage (facetion-lang-choice) to remember your language choice. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

09The Facetion app

The Facetion app runs on your own computer. Your projects, prompts, references and renders stay on your machine and are not sent to us. The app's AI requests go to the AI provider you configure, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act or the EU or UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, and to complain to a data protection authority.
